The FST Performance FloMax is a High Performance/Racing Fuel Filter/Water Separator System. The FloMax series was designed for marine applications to provide superior fuel/water separation and fuel filtration at high fuel flows. Using the same design and high efficiency filtration in the popular FloMax300, it goes a step further in providing additional water and debris holding capacity. The high fuel flow capabilities and extremely low fuel flow restriction of the FloMax 500 series coupled with highly efficient 3 micron filtration and water separation make this the most innovative and efficient system ever built. It is designed for use in gasoline, racing fuel, ethanol, and methanol in a wide variety of applications. Engineered for either suction or pressure side mounting the FloMax 500 offers the utmost in installation flexibility plus the multiport design allows unused fuel ports to function as a fuel system drain, regulator mount, fuel pressure gauge port and other fuel accessories. It flows 300 gallons per hour and has a filtration efficiency of 3 microns. Burst pressure for this unit is 250 PSI. Filter measurements are 8.0 inch height, 3.75 inch width and 5.0 inch depth. Unit weight is only 45 ounce. Features -12 AN ports that are ORB multi-directional. Made of solid billet aluminum to eliminate casting porosity, leaking or air intrusion. Exclusive EZMOUNT design allows easy mounting on a tube chassis or a surface mount. Designed to handle over 2000 HP. For a replacement filter, use part # RF500M.
